Our sessions are conducted in small, focused groups of no more than four participants, ensuring each individual receives personalised instruction. Whether you are aiming to improve physical fitness, facilitate injury recovery, or explore the rehabilitative benefits of Pilates, our highly qualified exercise physiologists provide expert guidance. Additionally, our Pilates classes are eligible for health insurance rebates, as they are delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
