LAURA WADE
Laura Wade is an APA-titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist who completed her Master’s degree in 2024 through La Trobe University. She is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and education, emphasizing a collaborative approach to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. With extensive experience working with local, state, and national sporting teams across various sports, Laura has developed expertise in high-performance settings, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
Laura has advanced her skills through additional certifications in dry needling, clinical Pilates, and strength and conditioning, equipping her with a wide range of techniques to provide tailored treatment plans. She specializes in managing conditions such as trochanteric pain syndrome, scapula dyskinesia, thoracic outlet syndrome, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Passionate about empowering her patients, Laura is dedicated to helping individuals recover, enhance their performance, and achieve their personalized health and fitness goals. TOM SWINDELL
Tom is a highly experienced and caring physiotherapist, driven by a commitment to client satisfaction and maintaining high clinical standards.
Having spent many years rotating through various clinical specialties, Tom has acquired a broad range of physiotherapy knowledge. His journey led him to specialize in trauma and orthopaedics, serving as a specialist senior physiotherapist in major trauma and elective surgery whilst in the U.K. It was here he developed a passion for post-orthopaedic rehabilitation, a passion he came to pursue in Australia.
Drawing from personal experiences with injuries and surgery, Tom empathises with how daunting the experience of pain can be, and the challenges rehabilitation can present. With this in mind, he firmly believes everyone deserves the right to pain-free peak performance throughout their life and the rehabilitation process should be positive, fun and enjoyable.
Tom’s approach hinges on understanding each client as an individual to tailor treatment plans accordingly. He aims to optimise recovery through meticulous exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques; underpinned by education and encouragement to build his client’s confidence, empowering them to reach their goals and manage their condition independently.
In addition to his physiotherapy expertise, Tom is an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and a qualified sports masseur. His specific clinical interests include addressing shoulder and low back pain, understanding and explaining chronic pain, and ensuring current evidence-based research finds its way into clinical practice.

DAVID DONNELLY
Meet David, a highly skilled physiotherapist with a passion for pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and sports injury management.
With postgraduate certifications in Sports Medicine and qualifications as an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, David brings extensive expertise to his practice. His lifelong involvement in sports, both as an athlete and a therapist, gives him a unique perspective on understanding and treating sports-related injuries.
David’s approach is rooted in individualised, evidence-based care. He works closely with each patient to understand their goals and needs, designing tailored rehabilitation programs that optimise recovery and performance. Whether guiding athletes back to peak condition or supporting patients through post-operative recovery, David combines his knowledge, experience, and empathy to deliver exceptional outcomes.
His comprehensive understanding of human biomechanics allows him to craft targeted treatment plans that promote healing, improve function, and prevent future injuries. With a strong commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment, David empowers his patients to regain confidence and achieve their best possible results.

CHLOE ZETTL
Meet Chloe, a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist passionate about transforming lives through exceptional care, education, and personalized treatment.
With experience in both hospital and private practice settings, Chloe specialises in musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chest physiotherapy. Her approach is centered on evidence-based care, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs through targeted exercise prescription and advanced manual therapy techniques.
Chloe is committed to empowering her patients through education, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to manage their conditions independently and achieve their goals.
In addition to her physiotherapy expertise, Chloe is trained in Clinical Pilates, dry needling, and western acupuncture, providing her with a broad range of skills to deliver comprehensive care. Her clinical interests include pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sporting injuries, and shoulder and neck conditions, making her a trusted partner in recovery and long-term well-being.

DANNY BLANEY
Meet Danny, a highly skilled Physiotherapist with extensive expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic care, gained through his experience in both the UK and Australia.
Since graduating, Danny has been committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes by combining a holistic perspective with personalised treatment plans. His dedication ensures that each patient receives tailored care to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

NATHANIEL GATCHAILAN
Meet Nathaniel, a graduate of Robert Gordon University in Scotland who brings extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Having worked in the UK as a Senior Physiotherapist and in elite sports settings, his primary focus is helping individuals return to the activities they love—whether it’s work, sport, or hobbies—after injury or orthopaedic surgery.
With a strong passion for rehabilitation, Nathaniel combines manual therapy and tailored exercise programs to support recovery, improve function, and prevent future injuries. Taking a holistic approach, he actively listens to his patients throughout their journey, addressing not only physical concerns but also any mental challenges that may impact their rehabilitation.
Nathaniel is committed to delivering the highest standard of care while continuously advancing his clinical skills. As a member of the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine (SOMM), he is regularly engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to stay at the forefront of the field.
Nathaniel’s clinical interests include managing conditions affecting the shoulder, foot and ankle, as well as supporting individuals living with Ankylosing Spondylitis or recovering from amputation.

EMILY KERSLAKE
Meet Emily, a highly experienced Exercise Physiologist with expertise in both private practice and community healthcare.
Emily works with a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, intellectual, and mental health challenges. Her diverse experience spans early childhood intervention to supporting older adults, allowing her to tailor care to patients of all ages and abilities.
With a holistic approach, Emily integrates exercise into the daily routines of her patients, making it practical and sustainable. She is passionate about empowering individuals through education, providing the knowledge and tools needed to inspire long-lasting behavior changes for improved health and well-being.

TABITHA PENDLEBURY
Meet Tabitha, a skilled and passionate Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Specialising in musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, Tabitha is committed to supporting patients on their journey to recovery, building strength, and improving mobility. She also has expertise in cardiac rehabilitation, providing personalised care to promote heart health and overall wellness.
Excited to be part of the Fortius team, Tabitha combines her knowledge and client-focused approach to deliver outstanding results. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, camping, and relaxing at the beach with friends.
