- No referral is needed for private appointments.
- Physiotherapists are primary healthcare practitioners, so you do not need a referral to see us for most conditions. However, you will need a referral from your GP if you're claiming through Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, or Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance.
Our Caloundra clinic is conveniently located at 41 Bombala Tce, Caloundra, QLD, 4551. In the old Caloundra Eye Clinic building, making it easy to access our services on the Sunshine Coast.

Yes, we accept patients from all these schemes. WorkCover patients need to provide their claim number, a work capacity certificate, and case manager's details. DVA patients require a current D904 referral. CTP patients will need a letter from their insurer confirming coverage of allied health services.
Medicare covers a maximum of 5 allied health sessions and must be determined by your GP if you're eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan.
